Seeing is Believing
I had never seen two of the following:
Last night, I saw Passion do them both. I was amazed. Here's the story:
Passion doesn't give up. Ten minutes later he sees the HB talking with the 4 AFCs, all standing up this time, with the same AMOG AFC next to her. We say go and isolate her from the group, but he is reluctant. We keep pushing him and he goes for it. As he's going in, we're placing bets if he will succeed. He rolls in, grabs her by the arm, she says "Oh HI!" with a loud voice. He says, "Hey guys, I've gotta split, but I need to borrow her for a second." He grabs her by the hand, pulls her away, and gets her phone number. The AMOG AFC is literally staring at this entire sequence and is pissed beyond belief that this short Asian kid has just taken away his primary target. I go in to talk to the AFCs and tell the AMOG that I just saved a lot of money by switching to Geico, and he's clearly pissed because he knows I'm in Passion's group and Passion just took the girl he wanted. It was great reading his body language because you could see the desperation in his eyes.
- A PUA take an HB7 from a group of 4 AFCs.
- A short Asian kid #closing that same HB7.

We had a crazy fun night sarging the U. District. Passion showed up and we hit up a few bars using female opinion openers. Then I encourage Passion, who is a 5'5" Asian kid, to open up a 5'9" white girl with a girlfriend-cheating opinion opener. She seems to reluctantly listen to his question, but then he moves onto a Saturday morning cartoon bit followed by some palm reading. He talks with her for probably five minutes and then she ejects. She sits down in a booth with 4 guys (2 on each side) who are obvious AFCs and want to hit on her but don't have a clue what to say. There's one AMOG AFC who continues to talk to her and make her laugh, hoping she will like him. Passion rolls into the set and starts telling them a story, attempting to draw attention away from the girl. Unfortunately, the HB picks up her phone right when he begins to AMOG and doesn't pay attention.

It was amazing to watch. I'm a much firm believer in the female opinion openers. Women LOVE to give advice on anything relating to relationships.

Hey VW,
Great job with the female opinion openers, they seem to get women to do two things: 1) Stay quiet for just a second, and 2) Think.
When you've become familiar with female opinion openers, try going situational. Example:
You: Hey guys, do you see that couple/group of guys/2 guys - 1 girl over there?
HB: Yeah?
You: Do you think he/she/the group is _________?
HB: Why do you say that?
You: I was reading/watching this article/documentary about male/female mating habits and...
I hope you can see where I'm going with this thread. Learn to improvise, it will help you to think quicker on your feet and at the same time you'll be using your observation skills to scan the room for interesting things to talk about.
